So this is a combo deck based around Scourge of Skola Vale getting very pumped up with defenders and such. Then you can double the counters with Soliditary of Heroes. Kin-Tree Invocation will also help, and can be sacrificed for big counters. Use Murderous Cut with all the sac'd creatures in your graveyard to take out threats.

Turn 1: Forest or Yavimaya Coast, then Elvish Mystic.

Turn 2: land, Scourge of Skola Vale.

Turn 3: land, Kiora's Follower, Dragon's Eye Savants. Sac Savants with Scourge.

Turn 4: land, Wall of Frost, Sac with Scourge, cast Kin-Tree Invocation to get a 15/15 token, untap Scourge with Kiora's Follower, sac the token.

Turn 5: land, another Kin-Tree Invocation, sac with scourge, untap with follower. Cast Soliditary of Heroes, swing with a 120/120 trampler.
