Sideboard

Counterspells are for cowards, this is how you play HONEST control!

The goal is simple: let your opponent keep as little on board as possible. Wreak absolute havoc by blinking an early-game Rishadan Cutpurse with the likes of Ephemerate and Cloudshift.

You can also drain your opponent's mana base with cards like Fade Away, or you can just not let them have one, thanks to Boomerang! Most things that the do managae to get into play though can be taken care of with Fiery Cannonade and Journey to Nowhere!

While all that mischief and fun happens, the deck churns through itself with Serum Visions, Sleight of Hand and Consider, and once your crew has finished having their fun, a big ol' Tolarian Terror shows up to close things out!

Good times!

Sideboard: Teferi's Time Twist is a great way to wait out some effects, or stop a degenerate from coming for your lands (who would do such a thing??) since it can hit any permanent. There are also a couple of Shipwreck Sentrys, especially in case you find yourself in need of a bit more board presence before the feverdream can kick into gear, say against aggro. Tormod's Crypt to slow down/wreck Dread Return, a fourth Skerry in case you reeeally need to go for that fast start, and silly as it seems, Circle of Protection: Blue, because it's the only thing I've found that comes close to stopping a Terror deck...
