Soul's Attendant or Soul Warden is a good replacement for Soulmender , Suture Priest is okay too. Ajani's Pridemate is in an entirely different league than Wall of Limbs , so you might consider going up to 4 pridemates. the new Sungrace Pegasus is slightly better than Daggerdrome Imp . Also, consider Orzhov Guildgate or Terramorphic Expanse /Evolving Wilds for mana fixing. Recumbent Bliss and/or Faith's Fetters are worth considering as creature removal.

You need either a better curve or more ramp spells. Look up the rituals, dark ritual, cabal ritual, etc. I agree with Graft that the soul warden cards are awesome: look up a soul sisters decklist in modern.

Currently your deck stands somewhere between an agressive aggro w/ lifegain component and a top-heavy control deck utilizing bombs. Also, I don't know how dedicated you are to Sanguine Bond, but if you try to setup a more soulsisters like deck you will probably simply not need it as by the time you would be casting it your opponent will likely be dead. If you do the soul sisters deck, consider making your Noble into a land card. That may sound stupid, but I outline the theory of why it is exceedingly powerful in this decklist: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/noble-cliffs/. If you do not understand why it is amazing just ask and I can go into more detail.
