Soul's Attendant or Soul Warden is a good replacement for Soulmender , Suture Priest is okay too. Ajani's Pridemate is in an entirely different league than Wall of Limbs , so you might consider going up to 4 pridemates. the new Sungrace Pegasus is slightly better than Daggerdrome Imp . Also, consider Orzhov Guildgate or Terramorphic Expanse /Evolving Wilds for mana fixing. Recumbent Bliss and/or Faith's Fetters are worth considering as creature removal.

You need either a better curve or more ramp spells. Look up the rituals, dark ritual, cabal ritual, etc. I agree with Graft that the soul warden cards are awesome: look up a soul sisters decklist in modern.

Currently your deck stands somewhere between an agressive aggro w/ lifegain component and a top-heavy control deck utilizing bombs. Also, I don't know how dedicated you are to Sanguine Bond, but if you try to setup a more soulsisters like deck you will probably simply not need it as by the time you would be casting it your opponent will likely be dead. If you do the soul sisters deck, consider making your Noble into a land card. That may sound stupid, but I outline the theory of why it is exceedingly powerful in this decklist: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/noble-cliffs/. If you do not understand why it is amazing just ask and I can go into more detail.

at least replace with Child of Night with Tithe Drinker which is strictly better or replace stuff and have both but if only one Drinker for sure.

tithe drinker is not strictly better - for that it would have to cost 1B

Unless you're talking about making your noble scrubland - in that particular case then tithe drinker is better than child of night

Ok not strictly better but better given you have white and black mana which shouldn't be that hard to get.

uh you don't have any dual lands so I don't really see it as that reliable honestly. aggro in two colors is difficult in this format due to lack of non cipt dual lands at common and uncommon, so the rare dual land noble becomes quite helpful

You could do a rare land and then use Vizkopa Guildmage instead of Bond for doing the bleeding
