Duskmantle Prowler is weak. I would play Duty-Bound Dead instead.
I like what gbspot had to say but if you're gonna use a sac vampire I would use either Bloodflow Connoisseur or Viscera Seer If I'm getting the point of your deck...you're gonna spam tokens then sac them, as for the doom blades replace them with Murder and enchantments...put in Exquisite Blood you're not gonna need to boost ur creatures powers at all...you also have way too much land, You could max out at 20 and still be more than fine since none of your spells cost more than four...but another fun thing to screw with people though...if ur playing legacy, throw in Dark Ritual you can easily get your token spammer out turn one or two that way.

+1 Blood Artist then i would take out all enchantments and replace them with removals.
you might consider card:Geralf's Messenger, Gravecrawler and Bloodthrone Vampire combo. all creatures will benefit if you activate Mutilate especially when Blood Artist is present
