I want to see if something similar to Rakdos Punisher Burn from Standard is viable in Modern.

Working on mainboard currently, sideboard to come later. Any advice or suggestions are welcome. I play a version of this deck in Standard and it does a decent job of stealing games. I'm not sure how well that success will carry over to Modern, but with extra minds helping me out I figured I could work it out one way or another.
