This deck utilizes madcap and refurbish to cheat in large artifact threats. Use removal to live till the cheat ins, and the grand master makes sure the madcap cant kill you. You should get a huge bomb by turn 4 almost every game with either madcap or refurbish as you always discard the big boy artifacts with your draw spells.

This is a "budget" list and still need to do lands, and add/cut cards. Feel free to help with any of that.
