To get the artifacts out without cost use Arcum Dagsson and sacrifice 1 of the Myr Servitor and just get it back once your turn starts.

Once Mycosynth Lattice and Darksteel Forge are out play Leonin Abunas for hexproof and indestructable everything.

And since Mycosynth Lattice makes everything an artifact, (if you feel evil enough to do this), play Vandalblast to wipe them completely clean wihtout worrying about a counterspell with Grand Abolisher.
