Best Modern UR deck under $50. Get 2 creatures on the battlefield whose power is determined by number of instants & sorceries in your graveyard. Then Traumatize yourself on turn 5 discarding half your remaining deck, which should include 11-ish spells, and hit with over 20 flying attack damage. Game over. Half the spells in this deck are meant to help you deal with any threats until you get to turn 5 (Lightning Bolt, Rune Snag, Pyroclasm).

The alternate sideboard concept is old fashioned counter & burn with a twist; instants & sorceries you can play from the graveyard (Aftermath & Flashback). Getting 2 or 3 copies of Insult out on the same turn is a very satisfying win con, as 3 copies means you deal quadruple damage that turn.
