This is a deck that plays into a popular combination using
Djinn Illuminatus
. This combo was run in Standard very briefly when Guildpact was in rotation. It is kind of janky and easy to disrupt but funny when it happens at the kitchen table.

: This combo lets you infinitely replicate
Pact of the Titan
because it's mana cost is 0.
Mass Hysteria
gives the tokens haste to win on the turn you go infinite so you can hopefully swing for the win before needing to pay the upkeep or lose penalty. You can use anything you like to give the tokens haste but the fastest will be a card that costs you a single

.
Now for the rest of the deck:
The Land: The only notable here is
Tolaria West
. This land transmutes to tutor for either
Pact of the Titan
or
Pact of Negation
depending on your needs. The rest of the land is pretty generic. You could always add in the better dual lands or sac lands to thin it out but these get the job done.
The Creatures:
Wild Cantor
and
Generator Servant
are simply in the deck to chump block or ramp your mana into your combo. They are replaceable with nearly anything you like but creatures that get you mana or reduced casting cost are a good idea.
The Miscellany:
Pact of Negation
protects your combo from being disrupted or stopped.
Mystic Speculation
is in the deck to scry into your win conditions if you have not hit them yet.
Seething Song
and
Manamorphose
are in the deck to ramp you into the
Djinn Illuminatus
. And
Lightning Bolt
can win the game outright with a djinn in play depending on how many mountains you have.
