Everything here is designed to either A. Burn the opponent. Or B. Burn them with Jaya. Because who doesn't like Jaya Ballard, Task Mage . Let me break down the deck:

The Chandra's Phoenix Fiery Temper and Squee, Goblin Nabob are all here to fuel Jaya's discard abilities scince i can either get them back or deal extra damage. (plus i've been looking for an exuse to use Squee)

Increasing Vengeance is a nice one, if i have the field stocked with some Guttersnipes then i can copy a burn spell and deal 3-4 times the damage
