This deck is such an asshole. It's probably my all-time favorite deck I've ever built. It's basically meant to foil your opponents attacks.

Silent Arbiter to slow attacks. Sorceress Queen, Serindib Sorcerer and Maze of Ith to slow attacks even further. Use Merfolk Thaurnaturgist with Sorceress Queen and Serindib Sorcerer to kill off creatures.

With Silent Arbiter in play use Maddening Imp to force whichever of your opponents creatures to attack. Only one will be able to do so and the rest will die due to Maddening Imp.

Ghastlord of Fugue is your kill card. Stick Helm of the Ghastlord and Diplomatic Immunity on him.
