This is a counter deck that I've been working on for a few months. I need some help with this one, because 90% of the time when I play it I start to lose traction and my opponent gets around the counters.

Most of the creatures are unblockable, so most of the damage will be done by them, but there's a Stormtide Leviathan in there to finish off the opponent.

Please comment if you have anymore ideas on how to make this a more controlling deck. I'd like to make this UB or UW since I'm not a big fan of mono. I'd also like to make this either modern or standard.
