It consists in a Mono Blue Combo/Control deck.

The combo works with the cards Mechanized Production and Trail of Evidence. After generate some clues by casting some counter and draw spells, enchant one of them with the aura and keep controlling the board.

It's recommended to not use any other kind of lands because this list uses Engulf The Shore and it needs the maximum islands as possible to work correctly.
