The main idea of this deck is using your turn one to ramp, turn two to mana leak your opponent's spell or lorescale for a growing threat, then play good cards that can also ramp you on turn three. Kiora is great with Utopia Sprawl and your mana dorks, and it's quite easy to turn three Kiora into another good spell. After turn 3, I'd recommend trying to play your big threats as fast as possible, or flashing in counter creatures and playing the tempo/control game.

Any help is appreciated, but the deck's limit is $60, and I'd rather keep it as budget as possible while still being somewhat playable.
