Budget Ach! Hans, Run! It's the Sphinx's Tutelage?

Modern Budget Mill UR (Izzet)

What is this deck?

Well Despite the title... ...this deck has no unhinged cards in it. What this deck really is, is a deck that wins by milling them with Sphinx's Tutelage and Jace's Erasure

That's all great, but how do we play it?

Glad you asked! It's really simple. We use Tutelage and Erasure to mill them off of our draw step, and spells like Serum VisionsBut wait, there's more! To top those weak draws off, most of our draw power will come from cards like Reforge the Soul, or Molten Psyche, where we cycle our entire hand for a bunch of draws, with each card drawn triggering tutelage/erasure a separate time

But what is with the sideboard? Isn't it supposed to be mill?

There is a simple answer to that! I put some creatures in there that help us with beating down the opponent in the off chance they have hexproof, or some other way to prevent us from milling us out. I also added some more removal to the sideboard in case we need to stall out the game little longer Have Fun!
