Built around Bedlam Reveler + Cryptic Serpent and how they use less mana for each instant and sorcery in the graveyard. It's also supposed to be cheap AF. It's still just a rough idea.

I think it might eventually be a pretty solid deck, but it needs some work, especially on the side board.... and the lands....
