This deck is meant to be blue devotion with green splashed in to allow access to cards such as Kiora, the Crashing Wave. The idea is that it will use blue devotion to control the early game than +1/+1 counters to clean up the late game. Got the idea from http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/rc/285 and altered that deck a little to make what is above.
