Win-Cons

  1. Deal combat damage to your opponent with Phage the Untouchable This is best achieved with the Phage the Untouchable + Whispersilk Cloak combo.

  2. Chip away at your opponent with Undercity Plague This is the reason for the inclusion of Tormented Soul . While one of the slower wincons you can get them into a corner pretty quickly if they're sacrificing one or more permanents a turn.

  3. Get to 1 life with Near-Death Experience on the battlefield.The Near-Death Experience + Necropotence + Worship combo is near unstoppable. You could have 200 life and you would still be able to pay 199 life with Necropotence without any worry of getting killed because you have Worship on the battlefield. Near-Death Experience would trigger before your next draw step and you would win the game.

Combos

Aside from the win-cons mentioned above, there are other card combos in the deck.

Heroes Remembered + Sanguine Bond + Vampire Hexmage If you can get this combo out quickly enough it will win you the game, but if you are too late it will drastically tip the odds in your favor with a life difference of 40 between you and your opponent.

Pariah + Uncle Istvan Never have to block again! Give Uncle Istvan a Whispersilk Cloak and this will be a very, very hard combo to get rid of.
