An attempt at Mono-Black Discard!

Originally designed by a friend of mine and then edited by myself, I'm working on this Mono-Black Discard deck. I registered onto this site so I could build and test the deck before buying the cards right away, just in case, so, yeah.
Premise/Description
This deck revolves around having your opponent(s) discard their hand, forcing them to play from the top of their library and remove important cards to their deck. Cards that cause this are Hypnotic Specter, Guul Draz Specter, Harsh Scrutiny, Hymn to Tourach, Smallpox, and Dark Deal. At the same time, there are many cards that benefit from discards and smaller-to-nonexistent hands (Nyxathid, Abyssal Nocturnus, Asylum Visitor, Guul Draz Specter), and others that trigger to cripple the other player(s) (Shrieking Affliction, Liliana's Caress, Quest for the Nihil Stone) or help you because of it (Waste Not). Other cards help you draw more cards if you lose some from discarding (Asylum Visitor, Waste Not, Phyrexian Arena), and others aid you with getting mana (Waste Not). And just in case the opponent does play some worrying creature, there is a little extra control in Doom Blade. I think this makes sense? I have yet to test this as of typing this, but whatever, heh.

For anyone who sees this, any kind of help or suggestions would be highly appreciated! I'm not a pro player or anything, so I like getting other opinions. What should I add? What should I remove? (And PLEASE, why? Knowing this helps a lot.) Etc, etc. (Also, I'd like to keep the deck at or lower than its current price, around 60-70 dollars.) Anyways, thank you for your time, then!
