Super-budget modern white/blue spirits deck.

• Control the game with Kami of False Hope and Eidolon of Rhetoric.
• Use Tallowisp to search for creature auras.
• Use Call to the Kindred to sneak more spirits onto the battlefield every turn. Good with Eidolon of Rhetoric slow-down.
• Use Drogskol Captain to pump and hexproof other spirits (2x Drogskol Captain is the ultimate goal)
• Righteous Authority is great in a long slow game (lots of cards in hand when only casting one per turn with Eidolon of Rhetoric).
• Other powerful enchantments throughout the game.

TODO

• Add 4x Rattlechains from SOI (maybe replace Infiltrator's Magemark, 1x Righteous Authority, 1x Call to the Kindred, 1x AEtherize?). Rattlechains has awesome synergy with the hexproof flash save, and with allowing flash creatures on your opponent's turn because of Eidolon of Rhetoric.
