It's a good card but only in a golem-based deck imho

it's much better overall, every time you flicker it you get a 3/3 first strike as apposed to a 1/1. It's cheaper to cast as well. You have a lot of flicker enablers but not enough creatures to take advantage of it.

I have to put it inside the deck together with my other creature cards.

If i take Blade Splicer or Thragtusk over Vapor Snag ?

In this way i have a right number of creature to flicker and an easier strategy to follow.

What do you think?

Restoration Angel , Leyline of the Meek .

Oh and if your thinking about card:Faith's Reward, just play the original, Second Sunrise .

Leyline of the Meek it's a great card, but i've no place for it, suggestions?

card:Faith's Reward has the minor advantage on Second Sunrise 'cause it favours only me, isn't it?

If your playing Intangible Virtue then you do have room for Leyline of the Meek , cut Martial Coup and leave it in the sideboard.

As for Second Sunrise , rawr mana cost wins. The draw back of 'each player' generally doesn't cause any problems.

Oh and now that I think about it, Cloudgoat Ranger is better than Geist-Honored Monk .

You mean Leyline of the Meek in the place of Intangible Virtue or both at the same time, but 3x?

about Second Sunrise ...keeping in mind that i'd put card:Faith's Reward inside the deck to fight effects from Wrath of God and similar, surely the opponent will cast cards as Wrath of God if in extreme danger, in this case, it means i'm in control of the battlefield, and you're essentially correct about it. I'll try it

card:White Sun's Zenith, Hero of Bladehold and maybe Elspeth Tirel ?

August 30, 2012 6:37 a.m.

MagnaLynx21 says... #14

Leyline and Virtue, play both. I know the BW tokens deck in modern played both.

As the above posted has stated, Hero of Bladehold is a good finisher, as is Elspeth, Knight-Errant . However, that depends on whether you want to stay on the blink route or not.

I like it, however you could always sideboard into various token generators, i.e; Spectral Procession , Raise the Alarm , Midnight Haunting , etc, if you suspect your opponent is playing more aggressively.

Yeah right, sideboard it's still under construction

I'll try to put leyline and virtue together, sacrifing 2x Martial Coup

Thx for suggestions, and remember +1 if you like it

I think that you have no need for Blade Splicer . Although it is a low cost producer of decent token, the amount of actual golems in this deck are few and far between. The most you might ever have would be two, and that's two valuable card slots wasted.Use it for cards that could be better. The guy above me has a good point with the Raise the Alarm and Spectral Procession . Another thought is Ajani, Caller of the Pride . Like a lower cost card:White Sun's Zenith, though it would take longer to get all the way to max potential.

Thank you!

I really like Spectral Procession But even the cheaper Raise the Alarm it's not so bad...Ajani, Caller of the Pride is too expensive.

Maybe i should take some Thragtusk in the place of Blade Splicer just to save the deck mechanics...otherwise i can use Spectral Procession and focus on token-spells

December 21, 2012 10:45 a.m.

How is Ajani too expensive? He's a three cost. Five turns you he's paid off, plus his +1 boosts your creatures

pheonix_222 says... #19

Too expensive as in buying 2 would double the price of this deck.

@lophtix_V

thank you for yoursuggestion, but that card's mana cost allows me to play it only in turn 5. I hope to close the game before i need to play it
