Wanted to make a mono white flicker deck with Restoration Angel, Cloudshift and Conjurer's Closet.

Added in Blade Splicer, Master Splicer and Sensor Splicer , its such a good progression from.

Added in angel of jubliation for the +1/+1 for all my splicers, golems and angels (and the lonely Suture Priest_).

Cathedral Sanctifier and Suture Priest are for life gain stall purposes.

Am tempted to add Chalice of Life   as I noticed the life gain has gone a bit well but rather keep it simple.

Sideboard is tentative as well as the mainboard.
