The basic idea is to get a whole lot of group-huggy card-drawing engines out and then deny people the boons with Notion Thief, and then, in turn, turn that extra drawpower into devastating milling. Lots of stransmutable cards to tutor for the right piece, and hopefully enough disruption to not get swarmed before the engine revs up.
