A fun will of the council deck made to bring politics into MTG.

It is supposed to make the most of the mechanic, not to be competitive. I would like to make it more consistent and more reliable. Also, I don't mind using any of the other multiplayer focused mechanics.

I am generally considered a new player to magic and as I have seen on other decks, people can come up with amazing suggestions. I want you to give me your ideas as well.

I don't mind lowering the numbers on the will of the council deck, but since this deck is focused on that particular mechanic I won't remove any of the will of the council cards - no matter how "bad" they are considered.

As of now, this deck really doesn't have any particular goal or focus, and that's where you come in. What cards can you suggest to be the win condition in this deck? What cards fit best with those will of the council cards?
