My take on a mill deck for standard. I've tried a blue black mill deck and a mono-blue one with Drowned Secrets mainboard, but this has been the most consistent for me.

The Sage's Row Denizen may be swapped out for something. They can be a decent blocker or get in for some damage, but as a mill card they seem slow and clunky with the rest of the deck. Since the deck feels more like a tempo deck, taking an entire turn to play a 2/3 for 3 that has to stick around to do anything isn't the best.

As far as the sideboard goes, I'm thinking of taking out the Saheeli, Sublime Artificer . It often stays in the sideboard when using the wishes and sideboarding between games. Not sure what to swap it out with. Same goes for Narset, Parter of Veils .

Thinking about trying Midnight Clocktower once I get some more wildcards.
