This is a fast deck that can steal games early, with mainly Flame of Keld as a backup card for extra draws later in the game. Runaway Steam-Kin allows this deck to really go nuts since it can attack for a lot of damage and also help you play your hand out faster. There aren't any 4 or higher drops so 20 mountains seems to be the best land base. For a competitive deck, this one is very cheap, with Risk Factor and Runaway Steam-Kin being the most expensive card.
