First of all, this is based off of Omar Valencia's Mono-Red deck with my personal preference changes. Second, this deck is just real fun to play with and doesn't NEED to be super fast to win... However with the right draws, it CAN be real fast and brutal.

One possible little combo...

Turn 1: mountain - any one drop goblin

Turn 2: second mountain - dragon fodder

Turn 3: third mountain - obelisk of urd (with convoke) and watch your opponent's reaction as they realized how screwed they are :)

Tip: if you draw 3 lands in your opening hand you're pretty much set for the match; I've even won games with 2 lands for the whole game (keeping a hand with 1 and top decking the other, also playing two obelisks on the field to have 5/5 goblins in a specific game I once played lol). The only times I've gotten mana screwed or flooded is when I forget to properly shuffle or when I have no time to shuffle; besides those instances, mana is no problem :D

So it had been a couple weeks since I last used this deck at FNM and it just wrecked overall; it was great. I even beat the G/W counters deck (read comments below) that kept me from going undefeated last time I played this deck. Even though the deck did great, I found myself sideboarding almost if not all my piledrivers simply because I didn't know which cards to side out and I came to the conclusion that the piledrivers were not really helping my cause much at all... so I will more than likely dim down the number of those in the main board and probably complete the set of glory chasers and frenzied goblins. Maybe even some other cards, who knows, please comment and +1 if you like, thanks!

The decks I played were as followed

3) B/G Elves- 2-0

4) G/W Counters 2-1

5) Mardu Midrange- 2-1
