This is an aggressive deck inspired by SaffronOlive's mono-Blue Favorable Winds deck, which can be found here: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-magic-81-24-tix-favorable-winds-modern

The goal of the deck is to use evasive creatures, many of which are equipped with permission abilities, to win the game through combat. Favorable Winds and Thunderclap Wyvern increase the power of every creature this deck plays, and Smuggler's Copter dramatically increases the power of your turn one plays while filtering your draws. Pride of the Clouds grows with every creature you play, and excess copies can be kept in the hand to make valuable tokens using the Forecast ability.

While this deck was originally mono-Blue, my current version uses White to cast several key creatures and Path to Exile, and also allow access to strong sideboard options.
