As the title says, the purpose of this budget deck is to, well, mill yourself. This is also my first featured deck!!!!! :)
The main idea that this deck originated from was Laboratory Maniac. This takes about 9-11 turns to accomplish, so it primarily serves as a back up plan in case of a stalemate.
The easiest way to win is by using Skaab Ruinator. Perfectly fits the theme of this deck, and can normally be played by turn 3 or 4. When discarding cards, from Forbidden Alchemy or Thought Courier, make sure you discard Skaab Ruinator if possible, as it can be cast from the graveyard, there is no point in having it taking up space in your hand. Also if Skaab Ruinator is in the top three cards of the library from playing Halimar Depths, try to plan ahead so you can discard it with Dream Twist, Deranged Assistant, Mindshrieker or Ghoulcaller's Bell. Of course, if you need that one creature to play Skaab Ruinator, do otherwise.
This deck has a few flashback cards such as Dream Twist and Forbidden Alchemy, so don't forget about them!!
Disentomb is in the deck to retrieve Laboratory Maniac or Mirror-Mad Phantasm. Mirror-Mad Phantasm is the easiest way to to mill a lot of cards. As there is only one, it reduces your chances of revealing it. Make sure you attack with it if possible before using its ability, as it returns untapped. The ability can also be used to save it from any removal spells.
Jace, Memory Adept is a good card to use on yourself. I think it is best to repeatedly use his '0' ability each turn on yourself. Use the '+1' ability if you need more cards.
