This is a modified mono green infect budget deck. Relying on Glistener Elves as the main source of damage, it also runs a lot of cheap or "manaless" pump spells to create burst damage. As life total often times won't be an issue, spells like Invigorate or Mutagenic Growth are a huge help.

Blight Mamba and Ichorclaw Myr are additional sources of infect, with Mental Misstep and Guttural Response providing protection from counter or burn spells. Ranger's Guile and Apostle's Blessing provides a similar function.

Finally, Temur Charger is there to hopefully push through some extra damage, should any creatures be chump blocked.
