I would like to recommend Ephemerate , which would just basically be a spell that says 1 white, destroy a permanent, then destroy a permanent at the beginning of each of your upkeep, granted you have a scarecrow on the field. Valiant Changeling will usually just cost 2 white because of other changelings for a 3/3 Doublestriker. Morophon, the Boundless is also just a powerful card that makes things easier to cast in the lategame, especially your commander. Mirror Entity is a great spell for a lategame rushdown. If you really want to, throw in Amrou Scout , Defiant Falcon , and/or Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero to pull out important changelings from your library. Throw in some monuments, like Bontu's Monument and Oketra's Monument to help ramp while gaining benefits for playing your scarecrows and changelings. If you like your changelings enough, maybe throw in a sliver like Talon Sliver or Dregscape Sliver to get even more use out of them. I fyou like these, you may want to lean more into white in your mana base.

Yeah, its probably a sideboard card, but its worth a look. Quest for Ula's Temple Could be fun. and Amrou Scout and Blightspeaker deserve a look. Thats all thats popped up from the 'weird tribes that don't quite work as intended' at the moment.

Expensive mana filters? Do you mean Chromatic Star and Chromatic Sphere? Sure, you can avoid them but what do you want to substitute them with? Keep in mind, they are used in conjunction with Fangren Marauder to keep you out of range of aggro decks and seal the game, while in the early game they cycle your draws and allow you easy access to colored mana.
Instead you have included random colorless vanilla creatures, expensive variants of Firebolt and for some reason, bump in the night.
Aggro is a real archetype in pauper and there is no boardwipe in the format to protect you from it. So, how do you survive?
There are various other ways. All of them will require you to cut 2 Transguild Promenade, cause 18 lands is quite enough and cut everything else from the nonlands in the main deck that is not named Stirrings or expedition map. So, that leaves us with 34 spots to fill:
1/ Mono White Rebels like Amrou Scout love to have access to a lot of colorless mana. Going mono white is an option, with possibly including all 5 colors Circle of Protection: Black either main or side to secure games.
2/ Black-red with Bleak Coven Vampires, Galvanic Blast and artifacts still.
3/ Big Red with Torrent of Fire as a finisher. That will allow you to play Martyr of Ashes as a board wipe.
4/ Red Green with a land destruction theme (Journey of Discovery and Reap and Sow are awesome), finishing off with a playset of Aurochs Herd
