All hands on deck!

Hands of Binding.

I'd say Hands of Binding too. How good of a case does Shattering Blow have? I can't remember seeing any artifacts that are all that threatening. Armored Transport?

Yeah, Hands of Binding for now.

Hands of Binding, can be useful and we keep it out of the hands of anyone splashing blue. Nobody else at this table will use a Hydroform, and we might not even run the one we already have.

Yep. Hands of Binding. Drawing 2 won't necessarily be a bad thing.

well hands of binding it is. Though i doubt we will run two in this deck. Too bad we probably won't get a Frilled Oculus. THat would make our deck so much better.

I'm lamenting the loss of that Simic Keyrune right about now. Hopefully it works out.

cartwheelnurd you may well get your wish next pack. Looks like the Oculus will probably still be there. And after that it looks like we're probably all done getting any playables. Time to start doing some mana math, which will be a bit tricky in this case.

Strongest card in the pack by far Knight Watch that said lets get that combat trick and maybe we can cypher it. Hands of Binding

I don't know. I find Gift of Orzhova to be stronger than Knight Watch but the double white casting cost makes it too difficult for us.

Hands of Binding

too bad 1WW is no good fos us, Gift of Orzhova is a huge game-changer vs non-removal decks.

I actually really like the Knight Watch in this pack. I wish we could take the Gift, but it's double white 3 drop (not going to cast it early, ever).

But a splashable two 2/2's for 5 mana would be pretty decent in this deck (and the vigilance is sweet). And we can put counters on them with Ivy Lane Denizen.

I'm going to vote for Knight Watch, although I doubt it's going to win the majority vote.

Hands of Binding is very good you guys.

Gift of Orzhova is one of the best cards in the set for limited. What is it still doing in this pack?

My vote goes for Hands of Binding When is it bad to detain a creature everytime you deal damage?

I'm not sure anything here will make it into our deck. Hands of Binding is good but we want to be running as many creatures as we can so I'm not sure we will run more than one of these and we already have one. Gift of Orzhova is awesome but I don't think we should add another double white card. (Although a shark with 2 or 3 counters with this sounds awesome) Hydroform can be a nice surprise blocker or it can push that last little but of damage through we might need but I don't really see this as being in this deck at all, much less 2 of them.

In general, since none of this really likely to make it into our deck, I think we maybe hate the Gift of Orzhova, especially if Elaine, as suspected, is running Dimir and has picked up Lazav. I wouldn't want to stare down a hexproof, flying, lifelinked creature with the limited removal we have and which none of it can get around hexproof.

@landgrafb well, there were plenty of powerful cards lying around this pack...

Darn, even the Spire Tracer would have been decent for us. We could slap it down next to an Ivy Lane Denizen and have ourselves a 2/2 evasion... my best guess is someone is doing Simic/Dimir and they've been snapping up our cards here and there.

@Cirdan13 Elaine did not pick up the Lazav, Dimir Mastermind. She passed it to us, and we passed it to Lee, who I suspect is the one drafting Simic and Dimir.

Hands of Binding with enough of a lead to close debate. Moving on.
