how does Uncivil Unrest work with Where Ancients Tread mtg

does the damage double when the creatures enters the battlefield with a +1 / +1 counter on it?
Got it thank you. So is there another red enchantment out there that would help double the damage on ETB?

It doesn't work because Where Ancients Tread is dealing the damage, not the creature
