More cards like Phyrexian Reclamation

Are there more cards like Phyrexian Reclamation and Tortured Existence where they can be activated mutiple times and can be activated on opponents turns. Colors I am working with are red and black.

Strands of Night, Haunted Crossroads, and Demon of Dark Schemes may also work for you. Each has their downs and ups.
If you are interested in comboing or almost comboing Whisper, Blood Liturgist with Thornbite Staff will continue as long as you can keep sacrificing. It doesn't have to be done all at once but it will be a huge target once folks see it lol.

Champion of Stray Souls has something similar going, although a lot more expensive. I'm also trying to include a little dredge to get creature cards out of the graveyard. Gravewaker is bullshit-expensive to activate, but is another possibility. Another useful card might be Undead Gladiator.

Maybe the closest other ones are Malevolent Awakening and Soul of Innistrad. Malevolent Awakening is also conditional with a creature sacrifice instead of paying life or discarding a card but can be used at instant speed. Soul of Innistrad has a steep mana cost but you did not say if that was a limiting factor.
If creature sacrifice as part of the cost is okay and you have a sacrifice outlet then there are creatures which can do the same thing if you have 2 copies of them to create a cycle like with Relentless Dead, Dutiful Attendant, Entomber Exarch, and Gravedigger.
Finally, you can combo lifegain from ETB/LTB with these two cards; Veinwitch Coven and Courier Bat to do the same thing.
I don't think Red has any graveyard recovery. Red's tactic is more like Sneak Attack or similar.
