Im currently finishing up my 5color God EDH deck with Karona, The False God as my commander. Im definitely not an old MTG player so a lot of the old EDH staples are hard for me to know. Any help on good cards for a 5 color deck or EDH in general i would appreciate. Thanks

I have a List of EDH Staples and Power Cards that might be of use.
You'll find mana rocks like Coalition Relic and Chromatic Lantern to be useful. Farseek is also good if you're running shocks.
For lands, look into Command Tower , Reflecting Pool , and some of the other multilands.

City of Brass and the new version Mana Confluence would both be good ideas. fetch lands as wellif you can afford them. other mana dorks would be good as well, such as Sylvan Caryatid and Birds of Paradise . you may want to consider some wrath effects as well. Supreme Verdict , Wrath of God , Austere Command . etc. lastly, tutor effects Demonic Tutor , Enlightened Tutor , and you get the idea. don't forget to add some draw power to the deck as well. draw is very important in every format.

I'd consider the Bringers from the original Mirrodin set as staples in a five color deck. The Bringer of the Red Dawn , Bringer of the Blue Dawn , and Bringer of the Black Dawn in particular. They aren't expensive cards either.

First up. Never use Krona as a commander unless you have NO other options. She is the worst 5 color Legendary creature. Child of Alara would wreck in a God deck, as you can kill the kid and no gods would die from its ability, as all are indestructible. A great creature for any 5 color deck is Maelstrom Archangel as she can whip out a god multiple times. If you are running five colors, i would go with Birds of Paradise , Utopia Tree , Chromatic Lantern , Sylvan Caryatid , and Somberwald Sage , as all can generate a great variety of mana. A good way to make maximum use of each god is to play to each's individual strengths, while still getting the needed devotion.

I run Karona as the commander of my deck purely for flavor reasons but I don't cast her unless I'm swinging to win with multiple gods online.

The Lieges and Spirit Advisor creatures provide a ton of devotion. I recently made a deck like this, feel free to pull some ideas from it:
