Good points. I really like the deck btw. What do you think of Razaketh, the Foulblooded? Just got one today.

bradtheimpaler13 I think he's great. he already has a place in this deck replacing Ob Nixilis, Unshackled. The main problem with him is the 8cmc but, that doesn't really matter because you're playing black so reanimation is around, Necrotic Ooze is around. there's just so many ways to get around that cost that he's going to be ridiculously powerful. and even if he is hard casted, if it's not onto an empty board you can find whatever you want at instant speed. combine with Grave Pact and you have sad opponents while you've got the best cards you are running. and with something like Ophiomancer that's a free tutor every turn. honestly, i can't say enough good things about him.

bradtheimpaler13 right now i'm not thinking of cutting them. they're honestly very good as an early free sac outlet. which i need to get liliana online. and afterwards they're a really good beater. with Dictate of Erebos or Grave Pact they generate great value becoming indestructible and gaining 3 power toughness. and if someone wipes they board, they survive and grow massive and i can swing in. and the fact they have haste isn't anything to sneeze at. playing and then handing them a sword or playing them into a crux of fate is powerful late game.

if i look to my perspective i can see the beatsticks and the Fear u can give to certain decks. black is an intresting color and u can make already a lot of different decks but tbh u didn't focus on the whole aspect of discard. and i can't realy say that my deck i can compare to yours. also thanks about the card Necrogen Mists just a card that i was looking for and possible also an add for my deck if i find a place

i see a lot of different styles of this deck and yet another who difference with mine and others stil i see certain cards coming back and i am happy that i already did a good job on that - Liliana, A discarding Disgrace - maybe my deck offers some cards you didn't think of yet

Vesuva also works with Dark Depths. Turn 2 20/20 flyer!

Wiggyman That's now how the cards work. Vesuva comes in as a copy with counters on it.

This bears striking resembalnce to my lili deck, but the strategy is something completely different. Lot of great ideas here

Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip is one of the best cards of all time, in my opinion.

gallowsAnatomy what plansewalker rule are you referring to in the description?

NecroPony the replacement of the planeswalker uniqueness rule with using the legend rule. So you can have two different Liliana walkers at the same time instead of having only one Liliana walker at a time.

u can have 2 liliana planeswalkers on the field if your planeswalker has different names in there name

gallowsAnatomy So did you find the time to test Liliana of the Veil?

Hipparchos She's basically strictly better necrogen mists. She's just not on the list because I haven't gotten to buy a copy of her

Is Burnished Hart better than Solemn Simulacrum here? I understand that it sacs itself but it’s so much slower, and it seems like you have enough outlets that grabbing one less land but drawing a card for 1 extra mana just feels better.

TheGeneralAdvisor Maybe. I'm testing out hart first because I like the built in outlet but I can see solemn doing a good job in that same slot.

bradtheimpaler13 i've considered nezumi before, but ultimately i think it's too weak on both ends. it's either subpar discard, or it's weak punishing. and that makes it the worst of both worlds. as for Megrim and Liliana's Caress both only work if i'm repeatedly making opponents discard, rather than just stripping their hands and being done with it. and then after that, they don't do anything and are just dead cards.
