Bloom Tender is insane in 3+ color edh decks but 2 color its often very underwhelming, and its very slow for modern at 2 cmc and lacking haste
Id run Burning-Tree Emissary because it casts for free and gives you the 2 mana right away to cast more creatures or spells
Cobra is alsp slower than it looks,
Manamorphose or Simian Spirit Guide are much faster, speed being a key part of gruul
Replace elves with Birds of Paradise or Noble Hierarch if you want maximum efficiency
Pyroclasm is probably strong in mainboard with these creatures since mana dorks are all but disposable and since countryside crusher and excavator seem to be the decks best beaters and will come out of pyroclasm alive and can swing
Strangleroot Geist and/ or Reckless Bushwhacker would add a lot of speed to the deck as well, money and rarity arent always a measure of power :)
Hope that was helpful
Also my inner grammar nazi is screaming but im sure you didnt know, its pronounced "grauhl" not "grool" so your deck name doesnt rhyme as i believe you intended, just so you know, not that deck name has anything to do with its potential haha
Also my name speaks for me here, but if you got red creatures you gotta go good ol Goblin Guide :)
With that much ramp im surprised you dont run Primeval Titan since you could probably get him out turn 3, or even 2 with a good hand
