The idea of the deck is that when the Ordeals are on a creature, they want counters. So, we have an obvious setup: Enchantments + counters = uncompetitive weirdness. Hardened scales makes it so after two attacks, the Ordeals will trigger. Hero of Iroas gives an extra +1/+1 counter or two. Starfield Mystic will get more counters when an Ordeal sacrifices. Primal Cocoon might seem weird, but it fits with the plan, getting lots of counters and then making your Starfield Mystic bigger when it finally attacks.

Overall, this deck probably won't win many games (due to quarantine I haven't had a chance to test it), but if it does, your opponent will be freaked out that they were actually beaten by Primal Cocoon.
