I've owned a Blue/Green Simic Deck from way back when I was just starting this game for a while now. It was built for me by someone I looked up to at the time, and served me well quite often. However, I have recently come to terms with that it isn't actually that great, and I could really use a new one!

At this point I just need general tips that could help me out with improving the deck. Any are appreciated!
