The deck abuses Isochron Scepter with: Silence + Grand Abolisher,

Research/Development + Jace's Erasure is the win con

Into the Roil can be used in many ways, 1 is to stall and buy me more turns to get things set up. Or, load it into the scepter to bounce your stuff every turn, and, if I understand it right I can "kick" it even when casting out of the scepter. Or, I can bounce my scepter if I wanna load something else into it.

Muddle the Mixture in this deck is basically a Demonic Tutor for 1UU in this deck
