It's honestly not the best card, but for Dimir it can definitely help with some occasional ramp.

Honestly I'd replace Expedition Map with Scope. It'll net you more benefit over the course of the game. Even just the card info is infinitely more valuable.

Ghost of Ramirez DePietro for theme, and maybe a couple things to support him if you want

For your lands you could look at the Kamigawa Legendary lands like Minamo, School at Water's Edge and Shizo, Death's Storehouse.

As well as the Eldrain Castles (although these are definitely not ship-themed) like Castle Vantress and Castle Locthwain.

Nephalia Drownyard is on-theme, but not that useful.

Moonring Island is somewhat more useful and also on-theme.

Karn's Bastion isn't particularly on-theme, but definitely helps the -1/-1 synergy.

Witch's Clinic might be another land to consider, although not really on-theme.

Aside from lands, Crush of Tentacles, Ominous Seas, Bident of Thassa and Retreat to Coralhelm might be nice. Not too boat-themed, but still very much sea-themed.

Lastly I have two on-theme cards I personally enjoy a lot in my Sea-Creatures tribal, but aren't that good, nor really boet-themed, but I'm giving them anyway: Sigiled Starfish and Purple-Crystal Crab.

Following Immortalys’ lead, they did provide us with an evil twin of Sigiled Starfish in Sinister Starfish, so maybe that would be a pair to draw to...

Loving all the suggestions so far. I'll be updating the maybe board with pictures of boats.

I really do enjoy a such a big beautiful DECK. As they say the DECK itself is mostly unimportant, it's how you use it.

I usually take pride in the meter calling my decks casual jank. I have a budget deck that is a 76% casual that starts hitting for 21 commander as soon as turn 3 but often turn 4-6 (and I don't use up pump spells to do it either).

Btw, I'm thinking that 32 lands is a bit low.

Don't let anybody take away the pride of your Deck, king. Jokes aside I love the name and the theme. Just have to make sure to always lay down the "Pirates of the Caribbean" OST while playing with your Deck.
