Your goal is to remove as much land as possible while causing your opponent to mill until they find land. Ideally, they won't, and you'll win. Realistically, you'll just annoy the crap out of them for like 10 minutes and lose horribly, but their disgust will fuel you. If you were playing to win, you wouldn't be playing mill, so have fun ruining your friendships even as you lose.

Mill their lands. Exile their lands from their decks. Draw and make Sphinx mill their lands. Use your lands to destroy their lands. Just really be the biggest prick you can. No one hates anything more than mill except for land destruction, so do both. It won't matter what they draw if they have no land to play it.
