A Budget Elemental Reanimator deck to annoy your friends with! I mixed and matched several similar decks to create my own, sub 60$ version of it (without sideboard).

The goal is to play/discard one of the Balls, then return it next turn with Thunderkin Awakener or Unearth, also using Thud to sneak more damage in. The chance to draw either of the Balls is already high, combined with Flamekin Harbinger to tutor them up you should always have at least one of your Balls ready. Inquisition of Kozilek, Fatal Push, and Lightning Bolt are used to control the board and your opponent´s hand. Dreadhorde Arcanist can recast every instant and sorcery in the deck except Cathartic Reunion, since Faithless Looting is banned, and can also be returned via Unearth if he dies. I would´ve liked more discard options, especially Seasoned Pyromancer, but two copies of him would already make the deck like 60% more expensive, so feel free to suggest other cards that might fit the bill.

The lands are the best budget options for the deck, we run a lot of basic lands for Dragonskull Summit, but there´s also Sulfurous Springs, where we don´t even always have to use the option that damages us. Both of these should be around or below 2$, giving us a very usable mana base for just 8$.
