The condition for Quest for the Nihil Stone is pretty specific, and in cases where you're playing a draw heavy or counter deck, it may be completely useless. That's why I have it sideboarded currently. As for Nezumi Bone-Reader I will give it a check.

but isn't it a fast deck and heavy draw would not have a chance to draw fast, plus the sorceries in the deck would stop those issues.

Cabal Therapy could help with the deck get rid of more cards in there hand, with the help of the other sorceries, but your right Quest for the Nihil Stone is situational, but not as situational as you think.

Cabal Therapy is not modern legal though, it is a great card. I wish it was.

This deck seems fun, but I think you should add Nezumi Bone-Reader instead of Ravenous Rats. Also I think Quest for the Nihil Stone should always be in the deck, no in Sideboard.
