The main idea of the deck is to use Virulent Sliver along with Winged Sliver and Shadow Sliver to put as many poison counters on the enemy as possible with relative ease. Since the poison effect stacks I use Dizzy Spell to transmute Virulent Sliver into my hand to make sure the opponent gets as many counters as possible. Pretty much all the other cards are there to make sure I along with the swarm outlive our prey.
