Plunge Storm is a budget brew focused entirely on powering out an Empty the Warrens with 5 to 7 spells cast previously that turn. In essence, the idea is to made ten goblins on the first or second turn of the game and hoping that's enough for your opponent to lose. Magmatic Insight clears away excess lands, Priest of Urabrask, Burning-Tree Emissary, Memnite and Ornithopter are free creatures to increase the storm count and sacrifice to Infernal Plunge for mana. Desperate Ritual, Infernal Plunge, Pyretic Ritual and Simian Spirit GUide are they keys to having enough mana to storm off - and Obelisk of Urd serves as a finisher.

The sideboard is incredibly streamlined - Abrade for creature decks and artifact decks, Ricochet trap for blue decks, Magus of the Moon for tron and Obelisk of Urd for decks with lots of blockers.
