Phenax Mill and Sack (Modern MTG Deck)

This is a deck idea that I had where you mill the opponent and then put out a creature like Consuming Aberration which you can then copy using a number of the cards in the deck. (i.e. Cryptoplasm etc.) Then, if you get Phenax, God of Deception out you can mill the crap out of them. If not, you can always mill a little more and then nail them with Rite of Consumption. Looking for any comments you guys might have! Thanks!
