I would first like to point out that this deck idea stemmed from one of the Mana Sources videos.
This deck uses small, aggressively costed red creatures to deal loads of damage during the early game, and pray that there is no late game. There are only 4 cards that cost more than , which makes it easy for newer players to grasp.
Use cards like Goblin Glory Chaser, Foundry Street Denizen and Monastery Swiftspear to bring the beats during the early game, Arena Athlete and Frenzied Goblin to remove blockers, and Akroan Crusader to bring an army to the table.
The deck also runs plenty of non creature spells to help your little dudes to trigger Heroic and pump up the little guys.
Cards like Titan's Strength and Dragon Mantle provide a steady boost to a creature's power while also giving some slight card advantage. Hammer Hand also provides a decent power buff, while also removing a blocker and giving the enchanted creature haste. Coordinated Assault can trigger two Heroic triggers, while also doubling up a combat trick.
Hordeling Outburst is there to get more of a board state, while also pumping up the Foundry Street Denizen. The Lightning Bolts are there for removal, or finishing off someone during the mid game. And the Hall of Triumph is to boost your small token army's power.
Technically this deck is Modern Playable, although it isn't the best strategy in the format
