Update 1.1 —July 30, 2014
Thinking of making this a bant splash, for access to cards like qasili pridemage, Rafiq of the Many, Rancor and others. Any suggestions?
One possible avenue it could take is that of a D+T/hatebear list, taxing opponents with Thalia and Leonin Arbiter, destroying enemy lands with Ghost Quarter + tectonic edge, and using Aether Vial to continue creature pressure. Obviously it will be minus Flickerwisp shenanigans, but you have two wincons through knight tribal and exalted.

Good suggestion, Spirit Mantle is an excellent compliment to the exalted ability. For the moment, though, I am using Brave the Elements to work in a similar manner to the mantle. And when it comes time to cast the Mantle on the creature to finish off the opponent, I would be more inclined to just cast BtE and unleash an unblockable charge of all my creatures that (likely) will cause much more damage, probably lethal. Its versatility also lets me save slots for other cards and prevents a 2 for 1 loss of tempo if the creature receiving the mantle gets bolted. But thank you for the comment and +1!

I'm thinking of switching Sun Titan with Heliod. Any thoughts?

I dont recommend Heliod, the only benefit comes from dropping tokens, vigilance is great, but if you're going with exalted you should always have blockers up. I cannont express how much i advise Sublime Archangel for this deck.

also, i suggest dropping the war falcons and a leyline for 3 more wraths or two wraths and two Martial Coup , when going against any deck with creatures, knight exemplar exploits the heck out of wrath effects

@batman: if his supporting cast already has exalted, then why suggest a card that gives them exalted? I don't think it doubles the effect.
@MetaphysicalxProdigy: Love the deck and your writeup. Looks like you haven't updated the main description in a while as the featured cards aren't in your deck. Could you do a refresh for us?

tain, if my memory does serve me correctly (from playing a BW exalted Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 deck) you can have multiple abilities of exalted on one creature. It can get pretty nutty - and I may need to look at using flyers/equipment for an evasion/trample mechanic as a finisher. The archangel definitely is a powerhouse. The only thought, I guess, is if she would still be relevant when she came down (with so many instances of exalted already), or if its just overkill/win-more. Most people would probably roll their eyes seeing a full set of Infiltration Lens in here but it has HUGE merits with exalted. Something I think is a bit overlooked.
Thank you so much for the positive remarks! You're right, I haven't updated this in some time - about 7 months now it seems. Funny enough I am going to be building this deck on MTGO because I think it may actually have some potential, although I am sure a few tweaks will be required (more protection spells or hexproof is likely). I am about to head to sleep but I promise to do a serious update soon - it is likely this deck will be getting some attention from me in the coming days (as time permits, days are extremely busy right now).

Indeed, the Angel's reminder text even says that they stack.
Would love to see a bit of hexproof in here. Would you consider adding any more equipment?
I'm running a variant of this deck right now without Thalia because I'm wondering if it will hold up in multiplayer (FFA & 2HG). So far it is a removal magnet...which at least opens things up for the teammate in 2HG.

I'm not too sure about about how equipment should go. A sword might be best for pushing things over the edge, but then again it may just be overkill and with massive combat damage swinging through that should be enough. I think I may opt for 2 Lightning Greaves instead, and possibly 2 more Prot spells (likely Gods Willing or Stave Off - Stave is useful against the ever-so-common Twin Exarch lists, and sometimes Bogle, Infect and Bant lists).
It may be better with this style of deck to scale down on the tribal knight aspect a bit to maximize utility. Grand Abolisher may be a better fit than Thalia. And it may be worth it to splash green for Qasali Pridemage possibly Rancor . Noble Hierarch would obviously be perfect too but since she is just not a $$ reality I wouldn't add her to this list.
That's pretty cool that you made an exalted list as well man! Yeah a deck like this would have a unique role in FFA and 2HG. Only needing to swing with one monster and leaving others behind to defend (especially when indestructible) is IMO a winning strategy. It may even just warrant making a few Lightning Greaves an auto-include... That way it's not bad if you have multiples since once can sit behind on a defender (i.e. Exemplar) and one can be used by your attacker.
Have you ever considered making a Bant Exalted Knights list with Rafiq of the Many ? I wonder how viable something like that could be in modern, even if it just uses "power" cards. AEther Vial certainly helps with mana diversity.

I like Exalted, and am annoyed by it at the same time. I'm surprised I don't see Cathedral of War or Sublime Archangel in here.
The Exalted procs that she gives stacks on instances of exalted that your creatures already have, so you aren't wasting anything by getting her out- and she can quickly end games by giving you a ludicrous boost.

would suggest Spirit Mantle to put on later in the game when you don't want them to block and just want all that damage to go through
